They are kept only on this device — not printed on the customer's receipt. Use the download button under each photo to save it to your records. Take the photo right before generating the receipt so the receipt number matches.
Personal Data Protection Notice (PDPA 2010)
The seller's name, IC/passport number, address, phone number, and ID photo are collected solely to comply with the Second-Hand Dealers Act 1946 record-keeping requirement. This data is kept securely by CP Cipta Perkasa Enterprise for business and legal compliance purposes only, and will not be shared with any third party except when required by the police or other authorities by law.
"Small" leaves out terms, bank details, etc. — just the shop address, item names and price, downloaded as a PDF named by receipt number, printed larger so it's easy to read off a small thermal printer.
Make sure your Xprinter XP-C260M is connected (Bluetooth/USB) and its printer app/driver is installed, then choose it from the print list that appears.
Only click this once the sale is final (not refunded/cancelled) — it adds this receipt's items to the Ledger for Own Cost/Out Cost entry.
